fat thought

One day you wake up in the morning and you realise that you seriously need to lose weight. You have been trying several methods since long time but none have really work. That day you eat only one slice of grilled bread without butter and cheese. And the whole day you feel that your stomach is full. You don't feel like eating. You start being anxious about not being hungry. But then you say to yourself after-all it is a good thing. Food make you grow fat so no food means lose weight. You need to lose that weight drastically. You need to prove to yourself that you can get back in your old jeans. At first you thought that you needed love and support from your dear one to be able to do this diet but then on that particular day you say to yourself I don't need anyone to lose these silly weight. You did try to talk but nobody did really care. But you felt as if nobody understand your grief.
